Casino Queen is anchored in East Saint Louis at 200 South Front st. There are 150 rooms and 7 penthouses available at the gambling den. The casino coverstwenty-seven five hundred square feet and provides numerous highlights. Aside from playing, Casino Queen offers a two thousand, five hundred passenger river boat, a 140 spot motor home court and simple access to MetroLink light-train station.
